Alana Stott

CEO

Alana Stott, MBE, is an author, producer, anti-human trafficking consultant, publisher, investigative security specialist, fundraising consultant, philanthropist, entrepreneur. Alana has spent more than 25 years developing and overseeing the growth of a variety of businesses of varying sizes from an array of industries. With a uniquely diverse and accomplished resume, Alana’s achievements have ranged from traveling salesperson to debt collector, bodyguard, hotel manager, bank manager, CEO of an intelligence-based security firm, non-profit consultant, writer, and producer.

She is a firm believer that nothing is out of reach. Alana has dedicated her life to protecting others and solving problems. She has worked as a personal security agent for high-profile clients, coordinated airlifts in hostile situations, and successfully negotiated television production deals.

As founder of Blue Rose Foundation she uses 25 years of networks, partnerships, knowledge and skill-sets to end human trafficking through various methodologies. She is a passionate advocate for the rights of women and children. She is also a bestselling author of five books, including the children’s series Mollie’s Adventures, the business book How To Ask For Money, and her memoir, She Who Dares. Alana is a true inspiration, and in 2023, she received an MBE from King Charles III for her work supporting vulnerable women and children and mental health awareness.

Dean Stott

Head of Task Force

Dean Stott is the Head of Task Force at Blue Rose Foundation and a distinguished former member of the Special Boat Service (SBS). His military career, marked by resilience and excellence, was cut short by a parachuting accident. Undeterred, Dean transitioned into the private security sector, where he built a reputation for handling some of the world’s most dangerous assignments. From managing kidnappings and navigating civil wars to evacuating high-risk sites like the Canadian Embassy in Libya, Dean’s expertise in security is unparalleled.

A record-breaking explorer and sought-after motivational speaker, Dean continues to live by the Special Forces ethos: “The Unrelenting Pursuit of Excellence.” In recognition of his services to sport, humanitarian efforts, and mental health advocacy, he was awarded the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III. Dean’s commitment to courage, leadership, and humanitarian work makes him a key asset to the Blue Rose Foundation’s mission.

Dominnique Karetsos

Chief Impact Officer

Dominnique Karetsos is a serial entrepreneur, venture partner, and recognized pioneer in sexual health and technology. She coined the term during its earliest, undefined days and has since played a key role in shaping what is now a multibillion-dollar industry. Her work over the past decade has focused on building a thriving ecosystem grounded in innovation, investment, and education, transforming sexual wellness from a niche sector into a global movement centered on justice, empowerment, and inclusivity.

She began her journey as the founder and venture-backed CEO of Healthy Pleasure Group, launching groundbreaking products at the intersection of health and technology. In 2020, she co-founded Amboy Street Ventures, the first investment fund focused exclusively on sexual and women’s health tech, where she serves as General Partner for Fund I and Venture Partner for Fund II. Her leadership has grown the fund’s portfolio significantly while advancing societal change in how we approach sexual and reproductive health.

Dominnique is also a clinical sexologist and educator who champions agency and wellbeing through access to accurate, inclusive knowledge. She combines this expertise with advanced degrees in International Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, and Maritime Trade, giving her a uniquely strategic lens across sectors.

Her advocacy work includes serving as a UN Women Delegate for CSW65 through CSW68, where she contributed to high-level conversations on innovation, equity, and systemic transformation. She is the founder of Her 100, a foundation supporting survivors of sex trafficking in Southern Africa through housing, healthcare, and education. She also serves as Chief Impact Officer at the Blue Rose Foundation, where she continues to lead with vision and purpose.

Dominnique is a regular speaker at international summits and has been featured in major media outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Telegraph, and Oprah Magazine. Her mission is clear: to create a kinder, safer, and more inclusive world where sexual health is recognized as a pillar of human wellbeing.
